Terms and Conditions
Payment
We currently accept payment by the following methods:
* Credit / Debit card via secure server
* PayPal
Delivery
Goods are dispatched upon receipt of payment - we aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
Postage is £1.95 per order. All orders are posted by First Class post. If you require Next Day Delivery, please contact us for a price for delivery.
Cancellations and returns policy
We hope you will be completely happy with your Reward Board products. However you have the right to cancel your order starting from the time you place the order and ending on the expiry of 7 working days starting from the day after the goods have been sent out. Please notify us either by sending an e-mail to info@rewardboard.co.uk.
We have a 30 day return and refund or replacement policy. Should you wish to return unwanted goods please send them back in their original condition for a refund. They must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition. The refund will not include postage costs.
Please e-mail us prior to sending the item back, to let us know that you will be returning the item and ensure that you include your sales receipt/invoice. Without this we cannot refund you.
If the goods are faulty or we sent the incorrect goods, we will offer the option of a refund or replacement and we will refund your return postage costs.
We are unable to refund postage costs for returns, unless we have made a mistake and sent you the wrong product or the product is unusable due to a defect. In this case they will be sent out free of charge (including postage and packaging) within 7 days. Please return damaged goods within 14 days of receipt. This will not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. When returning goods it is advisable to obtain a certificate of postage from the Post Office.
In all cases you MUST e-mail us with your order number before you send your items back to us.
Privacy
It is our policy never to sell or pass on your personal details to any other organisation, this includes your name, postal or e-mail addresses and the details submitted on the order form. We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam).
Reward Board are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information we collect from you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988 and we comply with the rules and regulations of the Act.
Terms
Reward Board’s total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Reward Board to the customer. However, liability to does not provide for loss or damage, arising from a breach of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended). The consumer is therefore entitled to claim for those losses which have arisen naturally from the breach, and for those losses which can fairly and reasonably have been made within the contemplation of the parties at the time the contract was made. Reward Board cannot accept liability for a failure to comply with instructions specifically stated on the website. Your statutory rights are not affected by this statement. We aim to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur. Our products are NOT toys and should only be used under direct adult supervision.
